Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. Preference is given to candidates located near a FCB hub such as Raleigh, Charlotte, or Phoenix.
The Demand Management Analyst is a critical operational role within the Enterprise Digital team, responsible for creating and managing the end-to-end intake review process for requests coming from both the Commercial and Consumer banking segments. This position serves as the central coordination point for demand across the organization, ensuring all requests are properly documented, routed, evaluated and tracked through to approval and eventual delivery. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and product partners, you will maintain the operational backbone of our demand management function. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, process-driven analyst who thrives on bringing order to complexity and enabling smooth cross-functional collaboration. You'll gain exposure to digital banking strategy, technology portfolio management, and enterprise-wide prioritization while building foundational skills in project and product management.

The base pay for this position is generally between $85,300 and $115,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.

Responsibilities
- Establish Demand Management Process: Help create demand management and intake processes, templates, and workflows to drive efficiency and consistency
- Manage Intakes: Manage the intake workflow for technology and product feature requests from initial submission through routing and approval
- Coordinate Cost & Resource Estimation: Partner with technology and delivery teams to gather cost estimates and resource requirements to inform prioritization and funding decisions
- Facilitate Stakeholder Coordination: Lead intake review sessions with business and technology stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of open items
- Track Demand Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain dashboards and reports on overall demand, budget and capacity utilization, status, and other key metrics to provide regular updates to leadership
- Create Project Artifacts: Help develop project charter documents, budget and resource forecasts, and leadership decks to communicate scope, cost estimates, resource requirements, delivery timelines and benefits
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting
Education & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, project management, or other operations roles
- Experience in financial services, banking, or technology environments preferred
- Relevant certifications (Agile, PMP, Six Sigma) a plus
Technical Skills:
- Experience with product and project management tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis and visualization, financial modeling, pivot tables, etc.)
- PowerPoint and presentation skills for stakeholder communications and reporting
- Strong aptitude for learning new systems and tools quickly
