Summary

A technology focused financial services organization is hiring an Application Manager to help lead software development efforts for real- time, high trafficked systems. This role sits at a management level and is responsible for guiding development teams, ensuring platform stability, and delivering high-quality software that supports highly available production environments. This manager position will work closely with engineering, QA, products, and deliver teams to translate business needs into reliable software solutions while maintaining system performance and operational integrity. This is a fast-paced environment, collaborative, and centered on building and supporting high performance platforms used in live market environments. This role is an onsite, and fulltime position. Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of managing software development teams
Trading or brokerage systems experience
Hands-on knowledge of software design, object-oriented concepts, and advanced data structures
Experience with high-performance, real-time systems
Working knowledge of marker data or exchange protocols
Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience supporting low-latency or performance sensitive applications.
