SAP EAM / Asset Management Consultants

We are seeking experienced SAP EAM professionals with strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience for multiple openings at both Consultant and Lead levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions.
• Configure and support:
  • Maintenance Notifications
  • Maintenance Orders
  • Preventive Maintenance (Maintenance Plans & Task Lists)
  • Corrective and Shutdown Maintenance
  • Functional Locations and Equipment Management
  • Asset Hierarchies
• Support end-to-end work order lifecycle management from planning through execution and closure.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize maintenance operations and asset performance.
• Ensure alignment of maintenance processes, roles, and governance within SAP EAM.

Lead-Level Responsibilities

• Drive maintenance work management and scheduling strategy.
• Configure and support:
  • Weekly and Daily Scheduling
  • Capacity-Based Scheduling using Work Centers and Crafts
  • Preventive Maintenance Prioritization and Backlog Management
  • Schedule Compliance and Performance Metrics
  • Dispatching, Execution Tracking, and Schedule Freeze Processes
• Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and client-facing discussions.

Required Skills

• Strong SAP EAM / SAP PM expertise.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and work management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience leading workshops and solution design sessions is highly preferred for Lead-level candidates.
