Summary

Role: Senior Healthcare Project Manager ( Need locals to Texas)

Duration: 5 Months

Work location: Austin, TX

Scope of Work:

Plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization or Scrum Master a plus. in charge of a specific project or projects within a company. As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project managers might work by themselves or be in charge of a team to get the job done. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required and should be noted on the resume.

Qualifications:

10 years of experience managing projects across large organizations, including developing and managing project plans, and documenting risks, issues, and contingency plans.
10 years of experience researching, gathering, correlating, and analyzing information to solve complex problems and prepare concise analytical reports.
10 years of experience overseeing SDLC artifacts and ensuring business requirements are translated into technical specifications while guiding the SDLC process.
10 years of experience building and maintaining strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders, with strong communication and presentation skills.
10 years of experience summarizing and escalating issues, preparing weekly status reports, and conducting regular project team meetings.
10 years of experience working in collaborative, fast-paced project environments.
10 years of strong analytical and problem-solving skills in project delivery and decision-making.
8 years of experience using Agile methodology to oversee development progress and ensure project tasks align with timelines.
8 years of experience managing projects using Agile feature-driven sprints.
8 years of experience leading and delivering multi-million-dollar software and IT projects.
Experience implementing Agile methodologies and best practices for State of Texas agencies.
Prior experience working in healthcare or public health environments.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
