We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead to drive the seamless transition and onboarding of clients onto our proprietary platform. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role that requires deep technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.

The Senior Technical Lead will be the primary technical owner responsible for guiding clients through every stage of their onboarding journey — from initial integration planning through go-live. Working with clients, this individual will lead data migration efforts, drive integration discussions, and ensure each client is fully operational on our platform as efficiently and smoothly as possible. Given the time-critical nature of these engagements, precision, urgency, and a structured repeatable approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple concurrent customer transition workstreams from kickoff through successful go-live

• Serve as the on and offsite technical representative during customer and vendor integration and data migration discussions

• Develop deep expertise in the source platform''s data model and architecture, and apply it consistently across all customer migrations

• Lead data migration planning and execution from the legacy platform to our proprietary platform, leveraging repeatable processes and tooling

• Implement batch and REST API-based integrations between customer environments and our platform

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal engineering, product, and customer success teams

• Identify and mitigate technical risks across concurrent project timelines

• Ensure all transition activities meet quality standards with a high degree of attention to detail

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration patterns, migration procedures, and runbooks

• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Partner closely with an offshore team to oversee data migration and customer reporting initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience leading platform or system migrations — experience with large-scale migrations from a single source platform is a strong advantage

• Deep expertise in batch and REST API design, integration patterns, and troubleshooting

• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL Server — database design, querying, and migration tooling

• .NET development experience (C# preferred) for integration and platform work

• Infrastructure-as-code experience using Terraform for environment provisioning and management

• Hands-on AWS experience across core services (ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.)

• Familiarity with Claude Code and AI-assisted development workflows (Claude Skills)

• Strong project management instincts — ability to juggle competing priorities without sacrificing quality

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to technical and executive audiences

Nice to have Qualifications

• Experience in the med-tech or healthcare technology sector, including familiarity with relevant compliance standards (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA)

• Prior customer-facing consulting, implementation, or solutions engineering background

• Experience working in agile delivery environments with distributed teams

• Experience handling fast paced, complicated projects and environments
