Summary
Seeking a Senior Release Manager with 7-10 years of experience in Release Management and DevOps. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with AWS, Jenkins, Groovy scripting, CI/CD pipeline creation, and deployment automation, along with strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end software release planning, coordination, and production deployments.
Coordinate across Engineering, QA, DevOps/SRE, Product, and Infrastructure teams.
Manage release schedules, dependencies, risks, blockers, and Go/No-Go activities.
Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Jenkins CI/CD pipelines using Groovy.
Support application deployments and release activities across AWS environments.
Drive deployment automation and continuous improvement of release processes.
Coordinate hotfixes, rollback activities, and post-release validation.
Provide release status and risk updates to technical and business stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
7-10 years of Release Management / DevOps experience.
Strong Release Management and CI/CD experience.
Hands-on Jenkins experience.
Strong Groovy scripting skills.
Experience creating and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.
Strong working knowledge of AWS and cloud deployments.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
Good to Have Skills
Media / Entertainment / Streaming industry experience.
Docker / Kubernetes.
Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
Azure / Google Cloud Platform experience.
