Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent

DESCRIPTION:
  • Track, review and process Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, Owner Payment Applications and, if applicable, claims.
  • Monitor job costs, maintain accurate reports and assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in preparing quantity reports, analyzing the labor costs and completing quarterly profit project records.
  • Manage the preparation and executing of the Project closeout process.
  • Research and propose solutions to quality control issues.
  • Perform quantities take offs.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.
  • Construction experience preferred.
  • Previous experience as a field engineer or office engineer desired
  • Knowledge of Estimating , Scheduling or AutoCAD desired
  • MS Office (WORD/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
