Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional TalentDESCRIPTION:- Track, review and process Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, Owner Payment Applications and, if applicable, claims.
- Monitor job costs, maintain accurate reports and assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in preparing quantity reports, analyzing the labor costs and completing quarterly profit project records.
- Manage the preparation and executing of the Project closeout process.
- Research and propose solutions to quality control issues.
- Perform quantities take offs.
REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.
- Construction experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a field engineer or office engineer desired
- Knowledge of Estimating , Scheduling or AutoCAD desired
- MS Office (WORD/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
