Maximo MAS9 Functional Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a Maximo MAS9 Functional Lead in Armonk, NY.

Key Tasks:
* Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of IBM Maximo across business units
* Translate business requirements into Maximo workflows, asset structures, job plans, and work management processes
* Drive solution design sessions with SMEs, business owners, and technical teams
* Oversee functional deliverables including BRDs, FDDs, configuration specs, and test scenarios
* Partner with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and interface validations
* Ensure Maximo configuration aligns with enterprise asset management standards and compliance needs
* Support SIT/UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and readiness assessments
* Guide business stakeholders on Maximo best practices, process optimization, and adoption
* Manage functional issue resolution during cutover, go-live, and hypercare
* Provide leadership to functional analysts and coordinate with cross-platform teams like ERP, GIS, Mobile, and Reporting

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
