seeking a Product Manager in Miami to support digital customer experience initiatives within a global e-commerce environment.

The Product Manager will lead product discovery, define strategic initiatives, and drive execution across multiple digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a customer advocate by leveraging data and insights to improve customer experience
Define, deliver, and manage customer experience initiatives across digital platforms
Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals and OKRs
Lead product discovery and manage scope, timeline, and deliverables
Support globalization and scalability of digital solutions across multiple regions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, and Business stakeholders
Ensure product quality, feasibility, and performance standards are met
Provide leadership and mentorship to product and analyst team members
Facilitate communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
Primary Skills
Required Skills
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field
5 years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner, preferably in e-commerce or digital environments
Strong experience with Agile methodology and product lifecycle management
Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Experience working with cross-functional teams including technical and business partners
Strong communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience leading teams and driving collaboration across large organizations
Familiarity with digital analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics or similar)
Understanding of customer experience, design thinking, and e-commerce strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a consumer-facing or travel-related industry
Experience working with behavioral analytics tools
Familiarity with accessibility standards and digital compliance requirements
Experience managing budgets and working with multiple stakeholders
