Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro platform configuration, authoring, and solution design

Kinaxis Solution Certification - Consultant (Level 1) or Author Certification (Level 2)

Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP, Capacity Management, and Forecasting

Expertise in data mapping, loading, transformation, and validation for enterprise systems

Functional knowledge of ERP integrations such as SAP ECC / SAP S4 HANA

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable functional designs

Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills with experience leading full lifecycle implementations
