AI/ML Engineer

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer (LLM / Generative AI)
Location: Fort Mill, SC (Onsite/Hybrid)

Fulltime/C2C (Both)

3+ Years (Production LLM experience required)

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in building and deploying LLM-powered features in production environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and safe, controlled generative AI systems.

• Build and deploy LLM-based features in production
• Manage prompt engineering, versioning, and optimization
• Implement output validation, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
• Apply controlled generation with input/output policy filters
• Monitor and improve LLM performance in production

• 3+ years experience shipping LLM features in production
• Strong experience in prompt engineering & version control
• Hands-on experience with RAG or vector databases
• Knowledge of LLM safety, guardrails, and output validation
• Python and ML/AI frameworks experience
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform preferred)

• LangChain / LlamaIndex
• MLOps and deployment pipelines
• LLM evaluation and monitoring techniques
