Last interview will be onsite to meet the whole team in person.

• Must have strong Fixed income exp
• Must be able to work with the dev team – basic SQL
• They are building out AI tools for the FIX Inc platform so some exposure to AI tooling will be asked about in the interview.
• Working with business side so no accents-not at all

About the Role:

• Our client, a leading global credit investment manager, is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join its technology organization.
• This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, translating investment operations, portfolio management, and trading workflows into clear technical requirements.
• The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and process-mapping skills with an understanding of capital markets operations and an appetite for identifying where AI and automation can drive efficiency across the firm.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally supporting capital markets, asset management, or financial services technology functions
• Strong requirements-gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills (BRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams)
• Experience working directly with front-office, operations, or finance stakeholders
• Proficiency with SQL and/or data analysis tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
