This is NOT a traditional Change Management role. We are looking for someone who can operate within Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) / Acquisition & Integration efforts inside the Information Security organization and help organize, align, and drive execution across teams.

 

The Sr. Consultant serves as a subject matter expert and consultant to senior executives and business groups across the enterprise. In partnership with clients and Human Resource partners, the Senior Consultant supports change management recommendations for enterprise strategic initiatives and programs as well as key organizational transformations and initiatives.

 

Acquisition & Integration Change Support

• Partner with M&A, Information Security and business leads to embed change management into acquisition timelines

• Assess change impact across people, processes, and technology for acquired entities

• Identify and manage change risks related to system integrations, operating model shifts, and

cultural alignment

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Readiness

• Identify key stakeholders within both the parent organization and acquired company

• Conduct readiness assessments for impacted teams

• Facilitate regular stakeholder check-ins to surface resistance, concerns, or adoption blockers

• Work with leaders to build visible sponsorship and messaging consistency

 

Communications Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage communication plans

• Draft communications such as: Ensure messaging aligns with legal, T, and security requirements Technology Change Adoption

• Translate technical changes into user-friendly impacts and actions

• Partner with IT to: Prepare users for system migrations, access changes, and new controls. Reinforce behaviors related to security, compliance, and data handling

• Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance or usage gaps

 

Training & Enablement

• Identify training needs driven by technology and process changes

• Coordinate or develop: End-user training materials, Role-based learning paths, Job aids and quick reference guides

• Ensure training is timed appropriately around integration milestones

• Support leaders and SMEs in delivering effective change enablement

• Provide regular status updates and insights to program leadership

 

Metrics, Feedback & Continuous Improvement

• Define and track change and adoption metrics (sentiment, readiness, usage, engagement)

• Gather feedback from impacted users and leaders

• Adjust change strategies based on feedback and integration progress

• Document best practices for repeatable change playbooks Required

 

Must have skills

M&A / Acquisition Integration

Technology Change Experience - 4+ years

Hands-on experience supporting technology transformations

PMO / Program Execution Experience – 2+ years

Experience working within or alongside a formal PMO
