Job Title Sr.Java Developer
Location - Plano TX- Hybrid
Experience - Min 12+ years
As a Sr. Java Developer you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities: -
Technical expertise Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for enterprise applications. Define coding guidelines, and best practices.
Drive technical discussions with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Perform architecture reviews and code reviews. Mentor developers and groom future technical leaders. Ensure adherence to security, scalability, reliability, and performance standards.
Application Development Design and develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Build RESTful APIs and event-driven systems. Implement cloud-native applications on AWS. Integrate enterprise applications using modern integration patterns.
Drive application modernization initiatives.
BPM Solutions Design and implement workflow automation solutions using BPM platforms.
Analyze business processes and convert them into digital workflows. Implement human tasks, business rules, case management, and process orchestration.
Optimize and automate business workflows
What we're looking for
Educational Qualifications: -
Engineering Degree BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Mandatory Technical skills: -
Java Spring Boot, AWS & BPM
