Key Technical Skills Required

- Operations: Batch Processing, Job Scheduling, Spool File / Output Queue Management

- Experience with Hyland OnBase WorkView platform

- Backup & Recovery (BRMS) exposure
Primary Responsibilities
- System Support (90%): Maintain and troubleshoot un-documented legacy COBOL applications, monitor job queues (WRKACTJOB), and manage batch routines.
- Platform Migration (10%): Assist with data transitions, integration planning, and operational continuity as systems migrate to OnBase WorkView.

- Flexibility: Willingness to support occasional off-hours maintenance and upgrades.
