Qualifications & Skills for ServiceNow Developer

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

* Strong experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, ServiceNow Spokes, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, OAuth, and other integrations.

* Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.

* Experience with data transformation and mapping between systems.

* Knowledge of authentication mechanisms like SSO, SAML, and LDAP.

* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

* Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP).

* Develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

* Configure ServiceNow flows, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs to meet business requirements.

* Maintain and support existing ServiceNow integrations and troubleshoot integration issues.

* Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and other developers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise integration strategies.

* Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow integrations, data flows, and custom development.

* Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and integration capabilities.

* Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades and testing related to integrations.
