This Enterprise Operations (EO) position supports the Lockheed Martin Space division located in Waterton, CO.

This position provides Windows System Administration services including installation, integration and configuration of Windows, VMWare, and Hyper-V servers, as well as the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Instructions (SOI's) in support of the Stingernet Portfolio. This includes upgrades, operations and maintenance, hardware and software installations, backups and service requests in the support of program area IT environments at the Waterton, CO campus.

Basic Qualifications

Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly
U.S. Citizenship required for access to the work facility
IAT II certification (Security+, etc.)
SME level experience with the following: Active Directory (Domain Services, Certificate Services, Federative Services, Trusts, PKI)
Experience with Windows Server (Server 2022, 2025) including backups, hardening, monitoring, tuning, and patching
Extensive knowledge of HPE / Dell server hardware maintenance, deployment, patching, automation (HP Oneview, Ilo, IDRAC, etc.)
Experience using VMWare or Hyper-V tools for virtualization
Experience with vulnerability remediation and security management (i.e., system hardening, log management, configuration management (i.e., Nessus Trellix, WSUS, MECM, Ivanti, Splunk)

Desired skills

IAT III / IAM III (SecurityX, CISSP, etc.)
Experience utilizing Linux integration with Active Directory (SSD, IDM)
Knowledge of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) Requirements
Experience with storage technologies (i.e., NetApp, Nimble, Racktop)
Knowledge of Scripting and Automation (i.e., Ansible, PowerShell, Scorch/Runbooks, Terraform, Chef, Puppet)
Architecting heavy virtualized environments/private clouds (HyperV, VMware, Azure local, KVM, Nutanix)
Tuning SR-IOV / vRSS networking offloads, and configuring MPIO paths over Fibre Channel and iSCSI
Managing advanced clusters and virtual desktop environments (RDS, HorizonView, Xen desktop)

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $120,100 - $208,150. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
