Job Description
We are seeking a senior Enterprise Architect to provide strategic architecture leadership across complex enterprise technology environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in one or more of the following domains: Customer and Loyalty, Reservation Systems, Enterprise Platforms, Data and AI, Digital, or CRM.

This is a strategic architecture role focused on target state architecture, governance, modernization, integration, and cross domain alignment rather than hands on solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and govern enterprise and domain target state architecture
• Establish architecture standards, guardrails, and integration patterns
• Lead architecture across reservation systems, customer and loyalty, CRM, data, digital, cloud, platforms, APIs, and integrations
• Provide architectural oversight for large scale COTS platforms and major upgrades
• Partner with Product Engineering, Platform, Data, Security, and business leaders
• Review major architecture decisions and manage technical debt and modernization priorities
• Define requirements for scalability, security, reliability, performance, and data quality
• Influence senior leaders and embedded Solution Architects within a federated architecture environment

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive enterprise architecture experience
• Strong background in reservation, booking, transactional commerce, customer, CRM, loyalty, data, digital, or enterprise platform architecture
• Experience with large scale COTS enterprise platforms
• Strong knowledge of APIs, event driven architecture, distributed systems, cloud, and integration patterns
• Experience with high availability and revenue critical systems
• Experience operating in complex, federated enterprise environments
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
• Strategic and consultative mindset with strong governance and risk management skills
