Baer is looking for Senior Oracle ERP SCM Cloud Consultant for a 3+ month project located onsite in Dallas, TX and or Seattle, WA.

Title: Senior Oracle ERP SCM Cloud Consultant
Location: Onsite Mon-Thur (weekly travel)
Duration: 3 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Oracle ERP SCM Cloud Consultant to support a large-scale ERP transformation program. The role focuses on solution analysis, SIT/UAT, and go-live readiness to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain operations aligned with telecom business processes.
Description:

Analyze telecom supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, logistics, spares, order fulfillment).
Design and validate Oracle SCM Cloud solutions across Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Supply Planning.
Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Validate integrations with Oracle Financials, OSS/BSS, logistics partners, and middleware.
Support cutover, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams.
Provide functional leadership and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements:

8+ years in Supply Chain consulting, including 4 5+ years with Oracle ERP SCM Cloud.
Experience with at least two full Oracle SCM Cloud implementations.
Strong hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
High-tech industry experience preferred (devices, field logistics, spares).
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications : Oracle SCM Cloud certifications, Experience with Agile/hybrid delivery models and Prior telecom or large enterprise ERP transformation experience.
