    Hardware Integration & Laboratory Operations

Coordinate hardware receipt, staging, installation, and integration activities.

Manage hardware interfaces, system connectivity, wiring, power distribution, and data communications across multiple subsystems.

Troubleshoot integration issues and support root-cause analysis efforts.

Maintain laboratory readiness and support ongoing test operations.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with systems, software, electrical, mechanical, and test engineering teams to support program objectives.

Participate in technical reviews, design discussions, and integration planning meetings.

Communicate project status, technical risks, and integration challenges to stakeholders.

    Infrastructure & Equipment Management

Support procurement, installation, and commissioning of laboratory equipment and infrastructure.

Coordinate ordering, receiving, inventory tracking, and vendor management activities.

Assist with laboratory facility upgrades, modifications, and expansion projects.

Maintain accurate records of assets, equipment, and engineering materials.

    Documentation & Configuration Management

Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including:

    System schematics

    Electrical drawings

    Interface control documents

    Block diagrams

    Test procedures

    Integration reports

    Verification results

Ensure documentation complies with configuration management and engineering standards.

    Continuous Improvement

Support implementation of new tools, technologies, and automation capabilities.

    Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

4+ years of experience designing, developing, integrating, and verifying engineering test facilities or laboratory environments.

4+ years of experience with Zuken for schematic development and electrical design.

Experience supporting HWIL and Closed-Loop testing environments.

Experience with test bed design and laboratory infrastructure planning.

Experience integrating hardware systems within engineering test laboratories.

Experience creating detailed schematics and system block diagrams.
