Summary

Job Title: CAPPS Talent Management Analyst

Location: Texas

Duration: 12 months contract

Schedule: 100% Remote

Required Qualifications

10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM functional experience.
5+ years supporting PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM), Candidate Gateway (CG), OnBoarding, and/or Enterprise Performance Management (ePM).
Experience supporting large-scale, multi-agency or multi-tenant PeopleSoft environments.
Strong functional configuration, troubleshooting, and business process analysis skills.
Experience with UAT, regression testing, change management, and production support.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, HR stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external agencies.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
