Job Description:
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
· 6+ years of data analysis and reporting with a history of working and performing analysis using data from various applications and warehouses
· Strong SQL skill and prior experience writing complex code needed for analysis and data extraction
· Extensive experience building self-serve dashboards using Tableau and data analysis using Excel
· Self-starter who enjoys problem-solving with little direct supervision. Ability to learn quickly with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity
· Demonstrated ability to understand the data and the applications/processes that generates this data by iteratively hypothesizing and either proving or disproving the same while building overall understanding of dataset and the process flow
· Strong communication, verbal and written with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders
· Previous experience working with call, case and order data from sources such as Salesforce, Remedy, NICE, IVR etc. (nice to have)
Responsibilities:
· Work with stakeholders to identify data needs and develop best in class self-serve dashboards
· Research, hypothesize, test and validate, establish the link between and within data from various sources and leverage that understanding to answer business questions
· Write complex SQL queries that utilizes multiple tables and generates the output that can be leveraged in reports
· Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets
· Ensure data quality and accuracy through data validation and testing
· Perform ad-hoc analysis and identify opportunities to improve existing processes
· Document reporting requirements, analysis outcomes and processes
