About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth in our IT services portfolio, including software development, QA/testing, AI/ML solutions, and digital transformation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through:
- Networking, events, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals
- Understand client requirements and propose relevant IT services solutions:
- Custom software development
- QA & automation testing
- AI/LLM-based solutions
- Cloud & DevOps services
Manage the full sales cycle:
- Lead qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses
- Work closely with internal technical teams to create tailored solutions
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and deal progress
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT services sales or business development (B2B environment)
• Strong understanding of IT services (near shore or offshore), including software development, QA automation, cloud, and exposure to AI/ML solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven, revenue-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to outsourcing and offshore delivery models
• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, automation, or SaaS platforms - Experience in enterprise sales in following domain Health sciences and BSFI.
