Azure Full Stack AI Lead / Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Full Stack AI Lead to design, develop, and deploy intelligent, scalable applications on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/ML integration, document intelligence, serverless computing, and full-stack development. This role also requires leadership capabilities to guide teams and manage projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered and data-driven applications using Azure services.

• Implement and manage Azure Document Intelligence solutions for document processing, OCR, and data extraction.

• Build and maintain Azure Functions for serverless and event-driven workflows.

• Develop and deploy applications using Azure App Services.

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications (frontend and backend).

• Work with databases including SQL, Cosmos DB, and Snowflake for data storage and analytics.

• Integrate AI/ML models into applications and production workflows.

• Develop rule engines to validate, govern, and improve AI outputs.

• Lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices.

• Manage projects, timelines, and deliverables while collaborating with stakeholders.

• Solid database experience:

• Full-stack development expertise (modern frontend frameworks + backend APIs).

• Experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise applications.

• Proven experience in team leadership and project management.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience in the banking or financial services domain.

• Understanding of loan processing and treasury data.

• Experience building rule-based validation systems for AI outputs.

Experience Level

• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in software development and cloud solutions.

• Prior experience in AI-driven application development preferred.
