Rate of Pay: $141,294.00 per Year

Duties:
  • Drive revenue through go-to-market strategy for display market segment.
  • Work with product definer on new products and roadmaps, and coordinate internally to make product competitive and resolve customer issues.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives thereby maximizing return on investment.
  • Build critical long-term relationships with key customer accounts by providing product consultation to field personnel and customers about new and existing products.
  • Utilize extensive expertise to creatively solve customer's difficult power management problems, and enable power architecture breakthroughs thereby creating sustained value propositions.

Partial telecommute benefit (2 days/week work from home). 10% domestic and international travel required.

Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or closely related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and 3 years of experience in the proffered job or related occupation developing product roadmaps and strategies for maximizing return on investment for automotive power products.

Must also possess the following (quantitative requirements not applicable to this section):
  • Demonstrated Expertise (DE) performing detailed market analysis through conducting customer visits, identifying market trends, defining the target market segment and target applications, and conducting competitive analysis;
  • DE developing product strategy by maintaining current status of customer/system requirements for existing and future products to create product proposals with market, customer, pricing, competitor, technology assumptions and risks resulting in the new product decision;
  • DE using MSDynamics to maintain an opportunity pipeline, forecast product volume and revenue through product value, market, and opportunity size determination, and identifying lead customers;
  • DE formulating the product value proposition and product introduction strategies including: generating sales collateral and providing product consultation supporting the targeted market segment and customer base in order to drive product adoption; and
  • DE designing market plans and conducting competitive analysis on automotive power products.
