Senior Hyperion EPBCS & FCCS Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hyperion EPBCS & FCCS Consultant to support enterprise-level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Hyperion tools, strong financial acumen, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Hyperion EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) and FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) solutions
• Collaborate with finance teams to gather and analyze business requirements for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation
• Configure and customize EPBCS and FCCS applications, including business rules, calculation scripts, and metadata management
• Develop and maintain data integration processes using tools like Data Management / FDMEE
• Support financial close and consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations and reporting
• Create dashboards, reports, and financial models for executive decision-making
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Provide production support and enhancements for existing Hyperion applications
• Document technical designs, processes, and user guides
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions

Mandatory (Non-Negotiable) Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion EPBCS and FCCS
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes
• Expertise in business rules, calculation scripts, and financial modeling
• Experience with data integration tools such as FDMEE / Data Management
• Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desired / Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Suite beyond EPBCS & FCCS
• Knowledge of Groovy scripting within EPBCS
• Familiarity with Smart View and reporting tools
• Experience with ERP integrations (Oracle ERP, SAP, etc.)
• Prior experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
• Certification in Oracle Hyperion / EPM Cloud is a plus
• Agile or Scrum project experience
