Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and process-oriented cybersecurity professional to support and enhance enterprise Incident Response (IR) operations and governance activities. This role serves as a key liaison between Incident Response teams, Lines of Business (LoBs), Product Groups, and compliance stakeholders to ensure effective operational execution, regulatory alignment, executive reporting, and continuous program improvement.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational awareness with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, helping translate technical incident response activities into meaningful business insights and measurable program outcomes.

Role information
  • Maintaining / Creation of process and procedure documentation
  • Overseeing and enabling customer notification processes
  • Support and monitoring for regulatory compliance and audit activities
  • Support and monitoring of Incident Response team activities
  • Enablement and maintenance of relationships with lines of businesses (LoBs / Product groups)
  • Develop, track, and consistently improve executive-level metrics for program performance
  • Author and execute tabletop exercises between IR team and LoBs

Experience / Role Requirements
  • 3-7+ Years of experience in Cyber Security Operations or incident response environments, and / or IT service management (ITSM) or major incident management
  • Process improvement leadership
  • Highly organized with the ability to lead meetings and engage stakeholders
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical expertise, close attention to detail, excellent critical thinking, logic, solution oriented, and to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical findings into business relevant insights
  • Familiarity with cyber security frameworks and standards such as: NIST / ISO/ SOC2

Additional Preferred Skills
  • Experience in tools such as:
    • ServiceNow / JIRA
    • Collaboration Tools (Microsoft Office / Teams / Sharepoint)
  • Certifications related to cybersecurity and / or project management
    • Security+ / CISSP / CISM
    • PMP / Google Cloud PlatformM / GSTRT / ITIL / CSM
