Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for Requirement gathering, Design, Coding, Testing, Defect Fixes, Issue Analysis and Production Support.

2) Make sure the deliverables meet the requirements with good quality.

3) Conduct the code review meeting to help improve the coding practice and to meet the Nationwide standards.

4)Work on the implementation activities and support during the production release.

5)Need to understand requirements, build codes, support testing and fix defects and guide developers in the course of development activities with the objective of developing high standard stable codes within the limits of the Cognizant and client processes.

6) Take up the story card and work on to deliver it.
