Job Description:
Join our team in New York, NY, as a full-time associate in investment and corporate banking focusing on portfolio management and project finance. 
This role involves managing a diverse portfolio across various sectors, requiring strong analytical skills and proficiency in generic office software.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of project finance transactions, ensuring credit quality and compliance.
Conduct credit analysis, review financial models, and prepare recommendations for borrower approvals.
Prepare and present internal and external reports, responding to audit inquiries as needed.
Maintain strong relationships with financial partners and coordinate loan administration.
Mentor junior staff and assist management with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in portfolio management for project finance transactions.
Strong analytical skills in credit analysis and financial modeling.
Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in generic office software.
