YSI is seeking a highly qualified IT Support Technician for Long term Client. The
selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong
interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements:
Provide functional system administrator support in the application, installation, configuration, administration and testing of information technology systems and equipment. Provide support by establishing, manning, and executing troubleshooting services, information assurance, and asset accountability to support end users; forward and track trouble tickets via ServiceNow, as required, and utilize the current ticketing system to track all work orders and support requests.
Qualifications:
Associate degree with 3+ years of experience
