Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst

Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Pay Range: $54.80hr - $59.80hr

The Systems Analyst II is responsible for supporting and enhancing business applications, coordinating cross-functional technical efforts, and leading system improvement initiatives.
This role works closely with leadership, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to manage projects, resolve support issues, and implement technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Requirement/Must Have:

Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution.
Experience in Information Technology.
Proficiency in writing and executing SQL.
Experience supporting Hyperion applications.
Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid understanding of the software development life cycle.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Experience:

Experience leading small to large-scale IT projects.
Experience gathering requirements, managing schedules, monitoring budgets, and identifying risks.
Experience coordinating with infrastructure and application support teams.
Experience supporting system upgrades, deployments, and technology expansions.
Experience working as a member of a project team.
Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data security concepts preferred.
Exposure to Oracle ERP modules, including Finance, Project Accounting, Procurement, Order-to-Cash, and Req-to-Pay preferred.
Exposure to Oracle EPM applications such as Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FDMEE, and Smart View preferred.
Experience with Oracle R12, Oracle databases, PL/SQL, SQL, and Linux preferred.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate understanding of business applications, processes, and supporting technologies.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization and with vendors.
Lead and support projects by planning requirements, tracking schedules, monitoring budgets, and communicating risks.
Coordinate and assist in investigating and resolving technical support issues.
Lead discovery, planning, and implementation of process improvements across functional areas.
Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and technology expansions.
Support reporting tools and related business applications.
Evaluate alternative solutions and recommend improvements.
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, IT professionals, and management.

Should Have:

Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
Familiarity with Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM tools.
Experience working in cross-functional technical environments.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Project coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to think creatively and evaluate alternative solutions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution.
