Summary

Seeking a hands-on RPA & Workflow Engineer to modernize legacy systems by building automated and AI-driven workflows. This role focuses on developing RPA solutions and integrating agent-based workflows using Strands, LangGraph, and Amazon Bedrock.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain RPA workflows and automation pipelines
Build and support agent-based workflows using Strands and LangGraph
Design and implement RAG pipelines (embeddings, vector stores, retrieval patterns)
Develop GenAI-enabled workflows using Amazon Bedrock (model APIs, agents, or knowledge base integrations)
Integrate solutions with legacy systems, APIs, and databases
Troubleshoot, optimize, and support production workflows

Required Skills:

10+ years of overall IT experience
3+ years hands-on RPA / workflow automation experience
Strong AWS experience including:

Amazon Bedrock (models, agents, or knowledge bases)
AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and S3
Experience building and deploying applications in AWS environments

Experience building or supporting RAG pipelines (vector stores, embeddings, retrieval workflows)
Working knowledge of GenAI / LLM concepts (prompting, context handling, basic evaluation)
Strong Python and API integration skills
Experience with LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks
Experience working with legacy/enterprise systems
