Director of Engineering - Finance Applications
Hybrid (3 days): Providence, RI & Boston, MA
Direct Hire - Full Time - Permanent Role

Own Finance application engineering as a business capability.
Partner with CFO to translate needs into multi-system roadmap and drive change across SAP and finance ecosystem.

Key Duties:
Lead cloud-first modernization of Finance platforms (close, consolidation, planning)
Drive AI/automation adoption and manage engineering teams
Deliver global Finance digital transformation

Requirements:
10+ years technology leadership in cloud, engineering, Finance systems (SAP preferred)
Expertise in modern Finance platforms (Oracle EPM, OneStream, SAP BPC, Anaplan)
Proven success driving change based on Finance leadership priorities
Strong ERP/SAP Finance and integration knowledge
