Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Oracle HCM Functional Consultant + Reporting Specialist: 10-15 years of expertise
Location : Remote EST Hours but travel to New Orleans for key milestones if or as requested by the customer.

Job Description:

· Strong and hands on experience in End to End Oracle Cloud HCM Implementations. Module expertise: Core HR

· Extensive experience in functional configurations (probation period, employment configs. and all related configuration as part of the standard Oracle HCM modules and processes), reporting tools, working on enhancements and Post-Production Support, quarterly and related Oracle patches

Expertise in:

· Creating OTBI and BIP reports including customizations and modifications needed based on business needs

· Noetix to HCM report migration, equivalency mapping and metadata cataloging

· User access management reporting and access governance.

· Experience in Kronos to Oracle Cloud migration

· Excellent communication and presentation skills
