Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Scientists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and develop AI/ML applications, including generative AI, agentic workflows, natural language processing, and predictive solutions.
- Build and integrate AI services, APIs, retrieval pipelines, tools, and model-serving components into enterprise applications.
- Develop evaluation, testing, monitoring, and deployment processes to measure model and application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to document solutions, resolve technical issues, and deliver scalable AI capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
7+ years of software or AI/ML engineering experience, including hands-on experience developing and deploying production-grade AI or machine learning solutions.

Technical Skills
|
Python, Generative AI, Machine Learning, PyTorch, LLM APIs, REST APIs, CI/CD
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
AI Solution Development, Agentic Systems, Data Analysis, Model Evaluation, Enterprise Application Integration, AI Governance

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LLM serving, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, model evaluation, or AI application orchestration.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, event-driven architectures, or enterprise applications.
- Experience working in regulated or high-security environments and familiarity with AI governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.
