Good communication is very important
* Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience
* 2-3 years of professional software development experience
* Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, or similar full-stack technologies
* Understanding of secure coding, software development lifecycle practices, and code quality standards
* Experience with Test Driven Development, CI/CD, cloud technologies, and developer tools
* Familiarity with Agile, plan-driven delivery, incident response, and production support
* Strong analytical, communication, ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
