ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Develop custom Fast Formulas in the following modules: HR, Time & Labor, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, support, and modify existing Fast Formulas.
• Transform complex business rules into functional, efficient formulas.
• Create Fast Formulas that utilize Value Sets, UDTs, and Lookups
• Create Fast Formulas that incorporate the following: multiple Rules per Rule Set; multiple Rule Sets per HCM Group; multiple legal entities
• Create Fast Formulas that determine pay and bill transactions
• Create BIP/SQL/Analytics reports to validate and audit transactions.
• Ensure appropriate technical documentation, e.g., TDDs, migration documentation, and troubleshooting guides are being created.
• Ensure thorough and relevant testing is completed and properly documented.
• Execute tasks in support of the overall development strategy, working closely with the functional, technical, and development teams/leads.
Provide general guidance on development solutions.
