Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager for Enterprise Applications. This role involves managing multiple related and interdependent technology projects to deliver desired business outcomes. The position requires end-to-end delivery strategy management, from collecting and translating business requirements into program plans to overseeing the technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple, interdependent technology projects to deliver business outcomes.
- Develop and manage the end-to-end delivery strategy, including translating business requirements into program and project plans.
- Define the technical execution approach for programs and projects.
- Rigorously manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Plan and coordinate project deliverables across multiple service providers.
- Manage financial estimates, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting for deliverables.
- Communicate project status across delivery teams, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- Experience in a technical program management capacity.
- Experience in application architecture is required.
- Previous experience in the banking sector is preferred.

Work Environment
This position requires a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $65.00/hour to $68.00/hour. Please note that the pay range may be adjusted based on the specific contract and client requirements.
