We are seeking an experienced AEM Architect with strong React expertise to lead the technical design and implementation of modern, scalable digital experiences. This role will architect AEM solutions, drive front‑end frameworks, and guide teams across development, integration, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Architect end‑to‑end solutions on AEM (Cloud Service or 6.5)
  • Lead development using React / Headless AEM
  • Define templates, components, content models, Sling Models, and Dispatcher configs
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering to translate requirements
  • Establish coding standards, reviews, and best practices
  • Guide DevOps on CI/CD for AEM deployments
  • Mentor developers and ensure high-quality delivery

Required Experience

  • 10+ years in AEM architecture and development
  • Deep expertise in React, JavaScript (ES6+), Webpack, and front-end engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Sling, JCR, OSGi, AEM Component frameworks
  • Experience with AEM SPA Editor, headless models, and JSON exports
  • Familiar with cloud environments and performance optimization

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with React along with AEM
  • Adobe Cloud integrations (Analytics, Target, Launch)
  • CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
  • Adobe certifications a plus

Soft Skills

  • Strong communicator and collaborator
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decisions
  • Problem-solver with ownership mindset
