Position: Workday Adaptive Planning Developer
Location: GA / NC / VA / FL (100% Onsite)
Required Experience:
- 5+ years in HR Technology projects
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience
- Strong expertise in Workforce Planning, Headcount & Cost Planning, and Capacity Planning
Key Skills:
- Workday Adaptive Planning (Models, Sheets, Dashboards, Reports)
- Workforce Planning & Scenario Modeling
- Workday HCM & Prism Analytics Integrations
- Data Modeling, Forecasting & Financial Planning
- Tableau Reporting
- Agile/SDLC Methodologies
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex Adaptive Planning models, dashboards, reports, and integrations
- Build workforce planning solutions for headcount, demand vs. supply, and forecasting
- Integrate Adaptive Planning with Workday HCM and Prism Analytics
- Optimize model performance and automate planning workflows
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
