Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid 2 Days Onsite / 3 Days Remote)
Rate: $70/hr C2C
Interview: Microsoft Teams
Mandatory Screening Criteria (STRICT NO EXCEPTIONS)
Public Sector Experience REQUIRED (Do Not Submit Without This)
Client Domain Experience Health & Human Services (HHS) or Similar Agencies
Local Candidates Only Must Reside in Austin, TX Area

Role Overview
This role supports the HHSC IT Administrative Applications RPA Team, focusing on enterprise-grade automation, intelligent document processing, and data transformation.
The developer will design and build scalable, high-performance RPA solutions to automate complex business workflows, ingest large multi-hundred-page documents, and convert unstructured data into structured, searchable, and actionable datasets.
Work environment: Agile (Scrum/Kanban), CI/CD-driven, cloud-enabled ecosystem.
