Due to growth, we are looking for a Civil Engineering Team Lead to join our team in Centennial.

Job Details

What You Will Do

  • Lead a team of 2 to 6 engineers, delegating tasks, managing workload, and mentoring junior staff through meaningful feedback and performance reviews
  • Manage land development projects end to end including QA/QC, budget control, schedule management, and technical review of construction plans, cost estimates, and calculations
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for your team, ensuring designs meet applicable criteria, client goals, and company quality standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, municipalities, and review entities
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing more efficient workflows
  • Sign and seal drawings prepared under your supervision

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
  • 5+ years of civil engineering experience in land development
  • Colorado PE License preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Strong knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, utility design, and associated modeling software including StormCAD, CUHP, EPA SWMM, and HEC-RAS
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
  • Familiarity with Colorado regulatory agencies and local review and approval processes
