Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Yardi Consultant to join our real estate technology practice. In this role, you will lead the implementation, module configuration, data migration, custom reporting, and ongoing optimization of Yardi Voyager platforms for enterprise real estate, commercial, and residential client.
Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Yardi Consultant, Administrator, or Implementation Specialist with expertise in Yardi Voyager 7s or Yardi Elevate.
Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of real estate property management, lease structures, commercial CAM reconciliations, and property accounting fundamentals.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying, data validation, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with YSR (Yardi Scripted Reports) and PayScan configuration.
- Familiarity with data migration frameworks and API integrations.
Consulting & Communication: Strong client engagement capabilities, problem-solving skills.
