Workday Technical Analysts on Compliance and Reporting

Need 12+years of experience

Visa : Except CPT & OPT

· 8+ years of experience in an ERP platform with a proven track record of delivering successful projects at the enterprise level.

· Workday is preferred platform, Peoplesoft, Lawson, SAP, etc. would be acceptable.

· Workday Pro or Workday Partner Certification (preferred).

· Basic programming ability in 1+ foundational language (C, C++, Java, Python, C#).

· Understands compliance-driven configuration (e.g., designing business processes with SOX approval workflows) and audit/reporting needs (configuring Workday reports for auditors, regulators, or compliance officers).

· Preferred experience with regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, government, publicly traded).

· Knowledge of access & role-based security (SOX) models (domains, business process security policies, segregation of duties).

· Handles sensitive data responsibly, including designing secure integrations ensuring APIs/EIBs/Studio integrations don’t expose PII data improperly.

· Familiarity with agile methodologies and SDLC tools (Jira, ADO, etc.) required.

· Exceptional judgment balancing short-term v. long-term business needs.

· Excellent communication and collaboration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A team player.
