Job Description:
The Department of Management (DOM), Division of Information Technology (DoIT), is seeking a Product Owner / Portfolio Manager. The role involves managing IT product portfolios, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading cross-functional agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Manage IT product portfolio and lifecycle
• Define product scope and roadmap
• Create and prioritize product backlog
• Lead Agile ceremonies and sprint activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors
• Monitor product performance and risks
• Manage budgets and financials
• Ensure compliance with governance standards

Required Skills:
• 5+ years Project Management experience
• 2+ years Product Ownership / Portfolio Management
• 5+ years Requirements Gathering & Documentation
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• 5+ years Vendor Management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
