Mandatory Requirements

MES experience with strong hands-on expertise in Siemens Camstar MES
Proven experience in a Camstar MES Architect / Lead role
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (semiconductor, electronics, automotive, pharma, or discrete manufacturing)
Expertise in Camstar configuration, customization, and data modeling
Experience with MES integrations using REST/SOAP, XML, middleware
Strong database knowledge (Oracle / SQL Server)
Experience with MES ERP integrations (preferably SAP)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
