SAP FICO Consultant with S/4Hana

Introduction:

This position requires a senior SAP FICO Consultant with extensive experience in SAP S/4 Hana. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the 2023 version of SAP S4 HANA FICO, strong knowledge in Supply Chain Product Costing and Finance, as well as expertise in integration with other SAP modules.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and solution proposals based on business requirements in the Finance and controlling areas
• Conduct requirements gathering analysis with key business users and system designers
• Collaborate with teams to design and deploy new global, regional, and local statutory solutions
• Ensure completeness of documentation related to new developed solutions
• Work in mid to large size projects from pilot to post go-live support phases
• Configure system(s), test applications, deploy new solutions, and resolve defects during testing
• Coordinate with project functional and technical teams, product line owner, and key business users

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 Hana
• Strong experience in Supply Chain Product Costing and Finance
• Extensive knowledge in FICO modules (AR, AP, AA, GL, PCA, CCA, COPA, PC)
• Experience in full End-2-End implementation/rollout/enhancements/migration in SAP ECC and S/4 Hana
• Good analytical, communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
• Functional configuration experience in SAP FICO
• Understanding of financial process flows and integration points
• Hands-on experience with IDoc/EDI interfaces

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in CFIN
• Testing experience in any testing tool
• Knowledge of Solman Change and project Management tools
• Ability to listen, understand, and facilitate process improvements
• Focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
