We are hiring an experienced Azure Network Architect for a hybrid opportunity based in Ann Arbor, MI. This role is ideal for a senior networking professional with deep expertise in designing and implementing secure, scalable hybrid cloud connectivity solutions.
As an Azure Network Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade hybrid networking solutions across on-premises and Microsoft Azure environments. You will architect secure connectivity using Azure ExpressRoute, Site-to-Site VPN, and Azure Firewall. The role involves designing segmented network architectures, implementing security controls, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance with enterprise governance standards. You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver highly available, resilient, and secure network solutions that support business-critical workloads.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in network architecture, with extensive hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure networking services, hybrid cloud connectivity, routing, firewall technologies, and on-premises enterprise network infrastructure. Strong experience with ExpressRoute, VPN, Azure Firewall, network segmentation, governance, and performance optimization is essential. Relevant networking certifications such as Cisco, Azure, or other cloud networking credentials are highly preferred.
