Job Summary

Seeking a senior SAP PL2PR Lead with strong S/4HANA PP/DS experience to drive end-to-end Plan to Produce implementations in a discrete/automotive manufacturing environment. The role includes solution design, architectural governance, advanced planning, MES/PLM integration, and post-go-live optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP & PP/DS design and full lifecycle implementations
• Configure MRP Live, aATP, finite planning, sequencing, and pegging
• Manage complex BOMs, variant configuration (iPPE & Classical), routings, and master data
• Architect integrations across PLM, MES, EWM, APO, MM, QM, and Finance
• Provide program leadership, stakeholder engagement, and governance

Required Experience

• 10+ years SAP experience; strong PP/PPDS expertise
• 3+ Full Lifecycle implementations as Lead
• S/4HANA architecture experience
• Discrete/Automotive manufacturing (MTO, MTS, ETO, JIT/JIS)
• Strong MES and integration exposure

Preferred

• SAP PP or PP/DS Certification
• Automotive plant experience
