Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Lead Business Analyst who can bridge business needs with technical solutions. This role will lead requirements gathering, facilitate stakeholder workshops, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and support hands-on system configuration. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a solid technical foundation in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops to gather and refine business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical Salesforce solutions.
  • Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business processes and best practices.
  • Perform hands-on configuration within Salesforce (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards).
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Drive solution design discussions and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Support testing, deployment, and user adoption activities.
  • Provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and optimization opportunities.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to overall delivery leadership.

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and customer experience ).
  • Proven experience leading workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, or BA certification).
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Exposure to integrations and APIs.
  • Experience with reporting and dashboard design in Salesforce.
